MY  SKIN CARE  TECHNIQUE

Your facial begins with a deep cleanse  and exfoliation. The treatment continues with gentle extractions (if necessary). A deep tissue face lifting massage  is then administered to release tension in the muscles  of the face and neck. An appropriate specialty serum and mask is then applied to deposit nutrients back  into  the skin.

My Facials  are exceptional and affordable.  I charge significantly less than a spa (in some cases less than half the cost). Additionally, my facials are undeniably more unique, incorporating the latest technologies (Ultrasound, Galvanic, High Frequency, Microdermabrasion, and Chemical Peels).  Each customized facial comes with personal attention and great service.

Your massage begins with Myofascial Release, which targets a specific layer (or two) of fascia, lengthening and balancing force. The massage continues with Neuromuscular Therapy.  Pressure is placed in a specific manner to penetrate deep into the tissue initiating resistance from the body. The pressure is sustained until the body releases tension.  If a Trigger Point is detected, it is addressed and released. The area is then massaged, assessed, and followed to the next restriction.

This technique facilitates very deep work that doesn't feel deep at all. The healthier your muscles are, the less pain you will feel. The true problem area will be the only area of mild discomfort. As your muscles relax and your body returns to balance, you will find yourself tremendously relaxed.
